Need new workout music?

I've expressed how I need to change up my workouts pretty frequently because I get bored easily.  So one way I do so is adding new music and creating a new playlist for my i-pod.  If you are anything like me, you are constantly saying "Oooh, that's a good workout song!" whenever you hear an upbeat song come on the radio.  So last night I made 2 new playlists and am eager to exercise today and try them out!!!!  Just in case you are also in need of new music I decided to share them...I know Miss Haneefa is always updating her music also.  And sidenote...I can't wait until I get a new phone and can listen to Pandora!!!!

For these playlists....I went back to the 80s and 90s....every time I hear these songs it brings up a memory!!!!

  1. If you need a new weight training workout try mine! I posted it on my blog just be sure to take your measurements before you start doing it. All I ask is if you use it and like it that you drop me a note to let me know:)
Cool play list. Have a great weekend!

  2. Girl, some of these songs bring back memories!!!! Motown philly! I loved Boys II Men, that was the first concert I ever went to; Montell Jordan opened for them, remember him? Juicy by Notorious BIG is a classic! My spinning teacher played it last week and I was singing it for days, "now hunnies play me close like butter plays toast" LOVE IT!

  3. LOL!!! Wow, your playlist is really taking me back. Those were the days when weight wasn't even an issue for me.. I wish I could bring back those days... well maybe not those days, just the weight that I was at. :) Anyway, I like your playlist, Have a great workout!

  4. Girl THANKS...
I get so tired of listening to the same ole music....and my mp3 only holds 40 songs ...yes I know sucks. I will get an Ipod hopefully this decade :-)

  5. Your playlists crack me up!!! I think those songs bring back memories for EVERYONE!!! I bet you "worked it out" to your new playlist!

  6. I must be getting old because I don't know half of these songs but I love to add new songs to my i-pod. I'll have to head to i-tunes and listen to "Rump Shaker" for sure! LOL!

  7. Hey girl! I'm back from the beach and trying to get out of my funk and caught up with everyone. Cool play lists!! I have to have music when I'm walking...if I forget my MP3 player, I feel like I'm missing an arm or a leg or something....just can't function, lol.
